Meet the Coach...

As a busy homeschool mom of 3 living full time in an RV, Rachel understands the frustration & overwhelm that women feel when trying to balance their health with the rest of life. This is exactly why she built a lifestyle that revolves around your life, not the other way around. When she's not working on Summit Fit, you can find her baking sourdough, hiking or trail running in the Rocky Mountains, reading books in hammocks, drinking coffee on a paddle-board, eating homemade scones, and doing pull-ups on pine trees. She's been coaching women for 15 years and believes in making ever part of life an adventure. Her life is devoted to knowing Jesus and making Him known through everything she teaches.
